Run through on (or before) your first day. Message the PI if invites don't show up.

Send to PI

• Your GitHub handle (needed for the org invite)
• A profile picture (for your entry on the lab website)
• A brief bio (see agenticlearning.ai/people for format)

Accounts & access

• GitHub: accept invite to the agentic-learning-ai-lab org
• Slack: PI sends invite to cilvr.slack.com
• Mailing list: PI adds you to mengye-all@nyu.edu (Google Group, emails + calendar invites)
• NYU HPC (Torch): follow HPC accounts and eligibility to request an account, then join the lab allocation at projects.hpc.nyu.edu. See Compute → Torch.
• Lab workstation: see Compute → Workstation. TODO: who provisions accounts.
• W&B: get added to nyu-mengye-group
• Google Drive: confirm access to the team folder (granted via mengye-all)

Paperwork & space

• Desk assignment: TODO
• Building access / NYU ID swipe: TODO
• AI coding subscription (can be requested)
• External monitor (can be requested)
