Start every paper from the lab Overleaf template (lab style, BibTeX hygiene, acknowledgments):

Click Copy Project for a writable copy. Read the instruction page inside before drafting.

Before you submit

• Verify every BibTeX entry.
• Acknowledgments include the lab boilerplate. See Acknowledgments.
• Code repo is public on the lab GH org (or README has a release timeline if currently private).
• If you have a project page, include its URL under the author names.

When the paper drops

• Open a PR on the lab website repo to add the paper. See Lab website.
• Notify Slack #mengye-all so others can boost on social.

Camera-ready / proceedings

• Do final editorial passes with all authors.
• Update acknowledgment.
