Offboarding¶

Run through in your last two weeks so your work stays runnable after you leave.

Code & data¶

Push all research code to the lab GH org (not personal forks)
Document how to reproduce each paper's experiments. See Publishing → arXiv for the bar.
Hand off anything on the workstation or Torch scratch that should survive, to the PI or a continuing collaborator.
Empty / archive your Torch /scratch

Accounts¶

Hand off service accounts (AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic billing, etc.) you own
Leave the agentic-learning-ai-lab GH org after transfers are confirmed
Stay reachable on Slack for a few weeks for handoff questions

Lab website¶

Move yourself to alumni on the lab website and update your bio. See Publishing → Lab website. Repo is public, so fork + PR works after leaving the org.
